Refund & Returns Policy

At GOON Power Supplements, our mission is to deliver high-quality performance products with transparent ingredients, fast shipping, and strong customer support. This Refund & Returns Policy explains how we handle order issues, refunds, and shipping concerns so you can buy with confidence.

1. Order Errors (Missing Shipping Address)

If an order is placed without a valid shipping address, we will contact you at the email provided at checkout to request the missing information.

If we do not receive your shipping information within 5 days, we will begin processing a full refund for your order to the original payment method.

This protects both you and GOON Power from delivery errors and ensures that no order remains in limbo.

2. Returns & Refund Eligibility

Because our products are ingestible supplements, we cannot accept returned items for resale once they have left our facility. However, we proudly stand behind our quality. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us and we will review your situation on a case-by-case basis.

If a refund or replacement is approved, it will be processed to the original payment method whenever possible.

3. Refunds (Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, Apple Pay, Google Pay)

Refunds are issued back to the same payment method used when placing the order. After we process the refund on our end, it may take your bank or payment provider 3–10 business days to post the funds to your account.

Please note: GOON Power does not charge additional fees for refunds. However, payment processors may retain their original transaction fees, which is standard in the industry. The customer still receives the full purchase amount back from GOON Power.

4. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once your order has shipped and has been scanned by the carrier, GOON Power has limited ability to intercept or reroute the package. If your package appears to be lost in transit, significantly delayed, or is marked as delivered but not received, we recommend:

5. Subscription Orders (If Offered in the Future)

If GOON Power offers subscription or recurring delivery options in the future, you will be able to modify or cancel your subscription before your next billing date. Once a subscription order has been billed and shipped, it will follow the same guidelines outlined in this policy.

6. Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, GOON Power may verify certain order details before shipment. Orders with incomplete, inconsistent, or suspicious information may be held or canceled and refunded.

By placing an order, you agree to provide accurate contact, billing, and shipping information. Chargebacks or fraudulent claims may result in the suspension of future purchasing privileges.
